After three hours on scene, I was relieved by a staff photographer so I could go to another assignment. Afterward I decided to head back to the scene.

Meet a woman who said she lived across the street from where police seemed to be concentrating their investigation. Was able to talk my way into her house. Waited for the better part of an hour.
It was later confirmed that the ‘suspicious death’, was in fact the cities ninth homicide of the year. Jennifer Leigh Stewart, 36, a prostitute, was stabbed to death in the early morning of August 20th.
